Punjabi Chhole Masala




1/2 cup chick peas - soaked overnight 2 black cardamom and tea bag
2 med onions chopped
2 med tomatoes chopped
cilantro
1 green chilly
3 bay leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
3-4 tsp Punjabi chole masala
3 cloves gar / ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp of turmeric
1 pinch asef
1 tsp corr pwdr
1 tsp red chilly pwdr
salt
kasoori methi for garnishing
oil
